Here is how I get inspiration for creativity and artwork:
1. Visiting exhibitions and galleries of new and old artists give me ideas for some of my art works. Some of my favorite exhibitions are the Van Gogh and the LEGO art exhibitions. The LEGO exhibition showed some famous artworks and sculptures made with Lego bricks these included the Kiss and Starry Night among others. The Van Gogh exhibition was an interactive, Artworks were featured slowly moving around on the ceiling and walls. It was very calming and a unique way of viewing art.
2. Through my travels with my family. A recent visit to Perth had me astounded by the beautiful artworks in the Fremantle prison by the inmates. I was glad to sneak in some time after at the WA Maritime Museum to quickly sketch local wildlife.
